Reformer Pilates
The reformer is a specialised Pilates resistance trainer that was developed by Joseph Pilates as a great way to add additional load to your training, while keeping the workout relatively low impact.
Power Flow Pilates is an effective form of exercise that greatly improves your strength, endurance, fitness, and flexibility. When you consistently attend our classes in studios, we expect that you will you notice fast, effective and satisfying results.
